Kind Friends all gathered 'round
there's something I would say,
That what brings us together here
has blessed us all today.
Love has made a circle
that holds us all inside.
Where strangers are as family,
loneliness can't hide.

I live only a few miles from Caswell Vinyards, the site of the Kate Wolf concert since its inception in 1996. It is a quick 20 minute drive from my home to this event.

Coming back is a different proposition altogether. It has been a full four weeks after the concert as I write this, and I still feel as if I have not fully found my way home. But, then, I'm not in any hurry.

Saturday morning, sitting in my lawn chair twenty feet from the stage, and The Rincon Ramblers are playing. This is heaven.

Alan Thornhill, above, is an accomplished guitarist, and when playing with Phil Salazar, creates some sweet music. Jon Wilcox, right, also plays with Marley's Ghost.

The Rincon Ramblers are from the Santa Barbara, CA area, and is composed of five excellent musicians. These guys really work together--they like what they do and it shows.
Mary Wilson joined the group for harmony vocals. Two songs they did were Leaving Glasgow and The Good Ship Hispanola.
